Oriental Bank of Commerce appoints director

With effect from 25 April 2016

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that the Central Government vide Notification dated 25 April 2016 has appointed Mala Srivastava as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of the Bank pursuant to sub-section 3(h) and (3-A) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80 for a period of three years from the date of notification of her appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
