New Delhi Television announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2014, inter alia, have mandated the management to explore means of unlocking sum of parts shareholder value through various methods including restructuring or private placement in NDTV Convergence and / or other subsidiaries.The Board also approved the appointment of Amal Ganguli, Vijaya Bhaskar Menon, Pramod Bhasin and Indrani Roy, as Non-Executive Independent Directors, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, for a period of 5 years, with effect from 01 April 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
