A.K.Capital Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 April 2015 have considered and approved the following:1. Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra and consequent alteration of Clause II of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Postal Ballot Process for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra.
3. Appointment of Punkaj Jain, Partner of Punkaj Oswal & Co., Practising Chartered Accountants, as the Scrutinizer for the purpose of Postal Ballot.
4. The cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote through Postal Ballot/electronically as 28 April 2015.
