ADC India Communications announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 28 August 2015:1. Arun Kakatkar, Director has tendered his resignation from the membership of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 11.59 pm on the date of closing of the sale of Broadband Network Solutions (BNS) business by TE Connectivity to CommScope Holding Company Inc. The Company have already informed on 28 August 2015 TE Connectivity has announced that it has completed the previously announced divestiture of its Broadband Network Solutions (BNS) business to CommScope. Consequently Arun Kakatkar has ceased to be the Director of the Company effective from 29 August 2015.
