Adhunik Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:- It was decided by the Board that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 17 September 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad, 36-A, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700 017.
