Outcome of board meeting of Alankit

Alankit announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2015, inter alia, have considered the following businesses:

1. The Board authorized the Management Committee to finalize the name and appoint Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

2. The Board authorized the Management Committee to finalize the name and appoint Internal Auditor of the Company.

3. The Board noted that Euro Global Reinsurance Brokers, Europlus Financial Services and Faith Business Advisors have since become wholly owned Subsidiaries of the Company.

4. The Board approved the proposal of listing of shares of the Company on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) also.

5. The Board accepted the resignation of Preeti Puri, Whole Time Director and Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 March 2015.

6. The Board approved the appointment of Rachit Bahl as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 March 2015.

7. The Board authorized Management Committee of the Board of Directors to apply and negotiate with Banks for sanction of Fund and Non-Fund based limits.

8. The Board noted disclosure of Directors' Interest received from Rajeshwar Prasad Agrawal, Director of the Company.
