Outcome of board meeting of ALSTOM India

ALSTOM India announced that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 22 July 2015, has approved the re-appointment of Patrick Ledermann, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of one year with effect from 01 October 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company / other necessary approvals.
