Formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in RAK Free Zone, Ras AL Khamiah in the United Arab Emirates for doing the business of general trading / specialty chemicals;
2. Appointment of M/s. Sharex Dynamic (India), having its Registered Office at Unit No.1, Luthra Industrial Premises, Safed Pool Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East Mumbai - 400072 as the Registrar & Transfer Agent (R & TA) of the Company in place of M/s. Sharepro Services (India).
