Outcome of board meeting of Bansal Roofing Products

Bansal Roofing Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 January 2015 has transacted the following :1. Board mutually agreed to avail term loan from SBI Bank for purchase of machinery in order to upgrade the production technology.
2. Further board also decided to avail a vehicle loan from HDFC Bank in order to purchase a car for the Company.
