Birla Shloka Edutech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business:1. That the company do participate in the Tender / RPP from MPPSC, Madhya Pradesh Public service commission, Government of Madhya Pradesh for online exam in Madhya Pradesh state.
2. To form a JV/MoU as a consortium member with Diversified Business Solution.
3. That Vineet Tripathi, Company Secretary or Ravindra Indulkar, be and are hereby authorized to sign any documents ,JV/ MoU / Agreements related to abovementioned tender on behalf of the board of directors/company and to do all such act and things may be necessary in this connection.
