Bombay Rayon Fashions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved:-1. Adoption of Code of practices and procedure for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information in compliance of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
2. Appointment of Shivangi Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
