Chambal Breweries & Distilleries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 December 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Considered and took on record appointment of Lalit Modi as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 05 December 2014.

2. Considered and approved the constitution of Risk Management Committee.

3. Considered and approved the constitution of nomination and remuneration committee.

4. General Discussion on the working and performance of the Company.
