Consecutive Investment & Trading Co announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 June 2015 have approved the following:1. To enter into a partnership with the Santosh Kumar Jain, Vijay Kumar Jain and Inter Globe Cart Air, carrying on the business of Purchase and sale of fabrics, readymade garments and accessories under the name & style of "BIG SHOP" at Church Complex, Main Road Ranchi.
2. To authorize Vijay Kumar Jain, Managing Director of the Company, to sign the Partnership deed and to do all such acts, deeds or things as may be necessary in this regard.
