Vora Constructions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 July 2015, has transacted the following :1. Amruta Kothari, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year ending 31 March 2015 and for the Financial Year ending 31 March 2016 in pursuance of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personal) Rules, 2014.
2. To appoint Anand Jain as Chief Finance Officer of the Company after completion of required formalities.
