Divya Jyoti Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 August 2015, inter alia, has

1. Board of Directors decided the date of Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 September 2015.

2. Re-appointment of M/s. M. Maheshwari & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, Indore, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. G. K. Gupta & Co., Cost Accountant as Cost auditor for conducting cost audit of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.

4. Re-appointment of Pankaj Pandya as internal auditor of the company.

5. Ankit Maheshwari, Chartered Accountant has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

6. Poorva Agrawal has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company.
