Outcome of board meeting of Elder Pharmaceuticals

Elder Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, inter alia, has approved the following :

1. Resignation of James McEuen as Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Vijendra Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in place of S P Date who has retired.
