Elder Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, inter alia, has approved the following :1. Resignation of James McEuen as Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Vijendra Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in place of S P Date who has retired.
