Electrosteel Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2016, inter alia, have approved the following:- The proposal for premature redemption of 3rd instalment of 10.75% Non- Convertible Debentures of the Company, subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions by the Debenture holder(s).
