Outcome of board meeting of Everonn Education

Held on 12 February 2015

Everonn Education announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

- Shifting of the registered office to "SP Infocity", A Block, I Floor, #40, MGR Road, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai - 600096 the same jurisdiction.

Board also took note of the resignation of Dino Varkey, Director from the Board.
