Outcome of board meeting of GM Breweries

Held on 03 April 2014

The Board of Directors of GM Breweries at its meeting held on 03 April 2014 has recommended dividend at the rate of 25% i.e. Rs 2.50 per share.

Further, the Board of Directors have recommended a Bonus Issue of Shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. one share of Rs 10 each for every four share of Rs 10 each held on Book Closure Date.

The Dividend payment and issue of Bonus will be subject to approval of members of the forthcoming AGM on 06 May 2014.
