JIK Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the followings:1. Considered and fixed the date of 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company i.e. 20 December 2014
3. The Company intends to diversify and is evaluating of entering into a new segment. The details, evaluations will be undertaken in due course.
4. To be more competitive and suit the demands of the current market scenario, Company has decided to modernize its present process at its unit which would help the company to become more flexible and give it an ability to work on wider range of products.
