Kitex Garments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 September 2014, has approved the following:1. Appointment of M/s. Ernst & Young LLP as Internal Auditors of the Company for FY 2014-15.
2. Appointment of M/s. S. V. J. S & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2014-15.
3. Company to open a merchandising Office in U.S.A as an LLC with 50% investment and other modalities are being worked out.
