Lancor Holdings that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 27 December 2016 considered and approved the following business.- In the matter of the Commercial property, Menon Eternity, owned by the Company, the Arbitrator had issued an Award dated 16 March 2016, invalidating the sale deeds registered in favour of the Company. The Hon'ble High Court of Madras by its judgment delivered on 23 December 2016, set-aside the Award of the Arbitrator, with regard to the invalidation of the sale deeds and hence confirmed the title in favour of the Company.
