Outcome of board meeting of Lykis

Held on 27 November 2014

Lykis announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 November 2014, inter alia, has adopted / approved the following business:

1. Appointment of Pawan Kumar Gupta, Chief Executive Officer and Ankit Maheshwari, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 27 November 2014.

2. Appointment of Shailesh Bhaskar, an Associate Member of ICSl, as Company Secretary pursuant Clause 30 of the Listing Agreement and Key Managerial Personnel as per provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 27 November 2014.
