Mawana Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 10 July 2017, has discussed and resolved the following along with other matters:

1.Discussed outstanding payment to cane farmers and lenders.

2.Under any other item: To explore the possibility of disposing of its operating unit "Mawana Sugar Works" located at Mawana, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh to meet its obligation for discharging its liability towards farmers and lenders.
