Outcome of board meeting of Morarjee Textiles

Morarjee Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated 29 December 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Alteration of the object clause of Memorandum of Association (MOA);
2. Appointment of M/s. Manubhai & shah as auditor of the Company.
The Committee of Directors (Postal Ballot- 2014) vide resolution dated 29 December 2014 has approved the following:
a) Approved the calendar of Events for conducting Postal Ballot with respect to Alteration of Object Clause of MOA (copy enclosed);
b) Appointment of Dhrumil M. Shah of M/s. Dhrumil Shah & Co., Company Secretary in practice, Mumbai, as Scrutinizer to conduct the Postal Ballot process in fair and transparent manner.
