Outcome of board meeting of Mount Shivalik Industries

Mount Shivalik Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 December 2015, have decided to temporarily suspend the manufacturing operations in the factory at Behror for the purpose of maintenance work and up gradation the manufacturing facilities to improve the overall operational efficiency.
