Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 26,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 03 December 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,70,14,630 (237,85,07,315 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,70,67,630 (237,85,33,815 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
