Mukat Pipes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2017 have transacted the following business -Approval to enter into agreement in order to implement the BIFR sanctioned Scheme dated 19 February 2015 issued by the BIFR vide their Order dated 04 March 2015 to lease out the excess land of the Company to Mukat Educational Trust, being related party.
