Outcome of board meeting of Nelcast

Held on 24 May 2016

Nelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The directors have recommended a final dividend of 20% i.e. Rs. 0.40 per share of Rs. 2/- paid-up for the financial year 2015 -16 subject to the approval of shareholders.

2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 04, 2016.
