The Board has decided to enter into MoU with Balaji Telefilms to exclusively collaborate with BTL for development of concept to be produced by BTL for third party. The Board has decided to enter into an agreement with Essel Vision Productions and to engage with them as a creative producer and to provide the services to EVPL.
