Outcome of board meeting of Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills

Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 September 2014, inter alia, has discussed the need to reorganize the corporate structure and has, in principle decided to evaluate various alternatives for corporate re-structuring and accordingly constituted a committee to explore options including appropriate restructuring, that would provide an impetus to the Company for the next stage of its growth, in order to maximize shareholders' value. For this purpose a committee has been set up comprising of B.C. Dalal (Independent Director), V.K. Beswal (Independent Director) and S.K. Bansal (Whole-time Director). G. Khaitan (Independent Director) will be available by invitation.

The Board intends to meet again in due course of time, to consider the restructuring options and any other matters as may be required, after the recommendations of the Committee.
