PVV Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2015, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Chanakya Bellam as whole time Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of B. Lakshminarayana as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

3. Appointment of Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2014-15.

4. Appointment of V B Subrahmanyam Reddy as Director of the Company.
