Rainbow Papers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 August 2015, has considered the following:1. The Board of Directors as per the recommendation of Audit Committee has approved the recommendation of appointment of M/s. Mehta Lodha & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s. Pary & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, whose appointment was due for ratification at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board of Directors has subject to necessary approval from the shareholders in General Meeting, decided to dilute the investment in Rainbow Papers JLT, Dubai, Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Rainbow Papers by way of sale or dilution of shareholding by raising capital in the said WOS.
3. The Board of Directors have decided to revise the notice of the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 28 September 2015 to consider the additional items as stated in para 1 & 2 above.
