Outcome of board meeting of Rana Sugars

The Board of Rana Sugars at its meeting held on 27 September 2019 has approved the following -1. Compromise Sanction of Compromise Offer/OTS scheme with refererrce to Letter No. ZOSARB:CHD:19-20:78 dated 25.09.2019 given by Bank of Baroda.
2. Authorized Rana Inder Pratap Singh, Managing Director of the Company to sign and execute the necessary documents and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary to give effect to this resolution.
