At meeting held on 27 August 2014
S Mobility announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 27 August 2014, inter alia, transacted the following matters:1. With a view to drive business growth, the Board of Directors has decided not to recommend any further dividend for the financial year 2013-14, apart from the interim dividend already paid in November, 2013. The said interim dividend will be treated as final dividend for the financial year 2013-14.
2. Financial Year: With a view to align with the requirement of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board has decided to close the current financial year on 31 March 2015 and accordingly the current financial year will be of 9 months i.e. from 01 July 2014 to 31 March 2015.
3. Appointment of CEO: Prashant Bindal has been appointed as the CEO of the Company w.e.f. 27 August 2014.
4.Reconstitution of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee: The Board has decided to reconstitute the CSR Committee.
