Outcome of board meeting of Sat Industries

The board of directors of Sat Industries at their meeting held on 28 November 2015, have considered and approved the postal ballot notice and other relevant papers for conduction of Postal Ballot, further acquisition of equity shares in Genext Students Limited and Italica furniture Private Limited, and acquisition of equity shares of Aero flex International Limited.
