Silver Oak (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 September 2015, inter alia, appointed CS Varun Bhomia, Practicing Company secretary, as secretarial auditor of the company on the terms of remuneration as agreed by the Board of directors.
