Outcome of board meeting of Skypak Services Specialist

Skypak Services Specialist announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 September 2014 has approved the appointment of M/s Mohandas & Co. as statutory auditor of the Company for FY 2014-15 as the existing statutory auditor M/s J H Ghumara & Co expressed their inability to continue as statutory auditors of the Company.
