Outcome of board meeting of Spenta International

Spenta International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Sunita Misri as an Additional Independent Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2014.

2. Approval of Delisting of Shares from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
