The Board considered the request for re-classification of the promoters and also for convening the EGM to obtain consent of members for such reclassification.
2. The Board took a note of resignation of Sai Ramakrishna Srivastav Sadasivuni, Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 07 October 2015.
