Sundaram Multi Pap announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meetings held on 26 September 2017 approved the following:
a. Authorizing the opening of the QIP on 27 September 2017.
b. Approval of Floor Price for the QIP.
The 'Relevant Date' for this purpose, in terms of Regulation 81(c)(i) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, is September 27, 2017.
