3. Appointment of M/s. Rajeev Bhambri and Associates as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
4. Appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Jethi & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
5. Board Report for Financial Year 2014-15.
