Outcome of board meeting of Themis Medicare

Themis Medicare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 November 2016 approved -Allotment of 1000 shares under Themis ESOS Scheme 2012.
The Board also approved a proposal to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Europe.
