Vijay Shanthi Builders announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 June 2016, inter alia, have :

1. Appointment of R.K Swathi Lakshmi Rao as the Company Secretary / Compliance Officer of the Company as per the Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015.

2. Discussed on the proposal of availing of credit facility from Non-Banking Financial Company for an amount of Rs. 123 crore.
