Visa Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :

1. Appointment of Saubir Bhattacharyya as Nominee Director.

2. Appointment of Keshav Sadani as Deputy Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
