Outcome of board meeting of Zylog Systems

Zylog Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2016 transacted the following -Approved to hold AGM on 17 November 2016.
The Board has decided to initiate Forensic Audit to ascertain the financial and legal status of the Company's subsidiaries and branches outside India namely USA, UK and Singapore.
