GMR Infrastructure announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 01 April 2015 has decided to exercise the Call Option requiring the respective Investors to transfer the Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of GMR Airports (subsidiary of the Company) to the Company at the Call Price to be computed in the manner provided in the respective agreements entered into between the Investors and the Company.
