P K Pandya & Co issues share transfer forms receipts of Futura Polyesters

Practising Company Secretary, P K Pandya & Co., announced that share certificates relating to share transfer forms received during the period from 01 April 2018 to 30 September 2018 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers have been issued within one month from respective date of lodgement of each form except those rejected on technical grounds.
