Panacea Biotec allots NCCR Preference Shares

On private placement basis

Panacea Biotec announced that the Company had allotted 1,63,00,000 (One Crore Sixty Three Lac Only) 0.5%, Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares ('NCCRPS') of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten) each at par aggregating to Rs. 16.30 crore on private placement basis to the promotes of the Company in pursuance of Special Resolution passed by the shareholders in their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 06 January 2015 at the Registered Office of the Company.

Further, the aforesaid shares are issued in physical form and the Company does not intend to list the aforesaid shares on Stock exchange(s).
