Pantaloons Fashion & Retail gets High Court sanction to scheme of of arrangment

Pantaloons Fashion & Retail announced that that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has on 05 December 2015, sanctioned the Composite Scheme filed vide Company Scheme Petition No. 812 of 2015 (connected with Company Summons for Direction No. 642 of 2015).

The effectiveness of the Composite Scheme will be inter alia subject to filing of a copy of the said order with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Certified True Copy of the order sanctioning the Composite Scheme is awaited.
